Description: The Mattawa and Area Snowmobile Club and ATV Club maintain a number of trails on the north and south side of the river, with a connection to Mattawa, Mattawa Snowmobile Trail #130 connects with North Bay Snowmobile Trail #301, as part of the Near North Travel Area's vast network of snowmobile trails. Part of MA#130 is a shared corridor with other trail users and is an integral for other trails. An Ontario Federation Snowmobile Club trail permit is required on all OFSC trails.
